The new Accord has two engines to choose from. The 1.5L turbocharged engine has a continuously variable transmission (CVT) with fuel consumption of 8.1 L / 100 km in the city and 6.4 L / 100 km on highways. It delivers 181 horsepower and 247 lb-ft of torque capacity.

The Altima has only one engine, with fuel efficiency rates varying slightly across AWD and FWD models. The basic model takes 9.1 L / 100 km in the city and 6.5 L / 100 km on highways, while upper models enjoy 9.3 L / 100 km and 6.7 L / 100 km, respectively. This engine provides 182 horsepower and 178 lb-ft of torque.
